MODERN INDIAN ART PAINTING


India has been a land of rich in culture and religion. Art has been an very integral force in our culture depicting various testimony to famous idols, landmarks and manuscripts. Going by time, there have been images that indicate the usage of artworks in various forms including decor, portraits across doorways, guest rooms. Some of the traditional painting also depict the historical significant elements of Ajanta & Ellora, Mughals, Indian Miniature, Love and other related elements. The evolution in art has been significant from traditional forms to modern elements influenced highly by evolving generations and globalization.

Indian painting has a very long tradition and history in Indian art, though because of the climatic conditions very few early examples survive......    A new style was introduced  with Mughal painting,   representing a fusion of the Persian miniature with older Indian traditions, and from the 17th century     its  style was diffused across Indian princely courts of all religions, each developing a local style.........
